I was initially drawn to Vancouver’s punk scene for its bold visual language, from DIY fashion to the raw energy of live shows. What stood out most, though, was the sense of underground community surrounding it. Punk carries a distinct spirit of rebellion, expressed through style, music, and alternative ways of seeing the world.

This one-night photo project offers a glimpse into that world, with a focus on the fashion, individuality, and atmosphere I encountered while photographing a Vancouver punk show.
